Inclusion Criteria
1. Age -40-55years
2. History of primary hypertension >3years
3. Clinical stability with controlled hypertension
4. No change in medications for the past 3months
Exclusion Criteria
1. Dyspnea
2. Body mass index(BMI) >30
3. Cardiac or pulmonary surgery within the previous 3months
patients with history of pulmonary diseases , cardiac, and neurological diseases
5. treatment with steroids, cancer chemotherapy
