Brief Summary

1.主要目的：探讨高压氧治疗笑气滥用所致认知功能损害的有效性； 2.次要目的：探讨笑气滥用所致认知功能损害的特征性改变。

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1.有明确 N2O 接触史及短期频繁吸人史，符合 DSM-5 中物质使用障碍诊断标准的患者，男女均可；
  • •2.急性、亚急性或慢性起病，有明确的认知功能下降的症状，例如记忆力下降、定向力障碍、注意力下降、反应力变慢、学习能力减退等；
  • •3.自愿参加本研究，入组前向所有研究对象详细告知研究目的、方法以及可能的不适和风险，签署知情同意书。

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1.患有脑器质性疾病的患者；
  • •2.有精神活性物质滥用者；
  • •3.有高压氧治疗禁忌症的患者；
  • •4.不能排除其他器质性或药物引起的认知功能减退的患者。
