65 years old or older
ASA physical status of I, II, III
BMI 18 to 30 kg/m2
Those who agreed to participate in this study
Patients who are scheduled for a sedative upper gastrointestinal endoscopy of less than 30 minutes
Patients with previous gastrointestinal surgery (except for appendectomy and cholecystectomy)
Patients with renal dysfunction or hypotension or uncontrolled hypertension
Patients with hepatic dysfundcion or history of liver cirrhosis
Patients taking any of the following medications within the past 3 months (benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, lidocaine)
Others, who are judged inappropriate by the research director
