1) a target disease
Chronic pain diseases subject to sedative treatment using ketamine, such as complex regional pain syndrome, fiber muscle pain, and neuropathic pain.
2) Selection criteria and exclusion criteria of study subjects
- Patients who are being treated for chronic pain for more than 6 months
- Patients with neuropathic pain or fibromyalgia
- Patients who agree with the study process
- Patients who are hypersensitive or allergic to ketamine, remimazolam, and midazolam
- Drugs or alcoholics
- Patients with heart disease such as angina, arrhythmia, and heart failure
- Pregnant or potentially pregnant patients
- Patients who disagree with the study
