Patients not willing to participate in the study
Patients aged <35 and >65 years
Patients with immunological disorders that might interfere with complement activation (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, allergy, and neoplasms)
Patients unable to perform Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT)
Pregnancy
Patients having known Liver Diseases/Renal Diseases/Diabetes Mellitus/T.B.
Patients taking drugs that affect albumin level like anabolic steroids, androgens, growth hormone, insulin
