Inclusion Criteria

  • Unilateral total knee arthroplasty patient

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of tranexamic acid allergy
  • History of Venous Thromboembolism Event (VTE)
  • Bilateral Total knee Arthroplasty patient
  • Patient denied to recruited
  • Patient can not decided by him/herself
