- •Pulmonary resection surgery (20 - 70 years) on general anesthesia at Pusan national university Yangsan hospital
排除标准
- •- patient rejection
- •- lung surgery history, decreased renal function ( serum creatinin > 2.0 mg/dL)
- •congestive heart failure, American society of anesthesiologist physical status > 4,
- •Myocardial ischemia or cerebral infarction
- •Uncontrolled diabetes
- •- event of operation
- •hypotension : mean arterial pressure< 55mmHg
- •bleeding (total vascular volume > 30% )
- •hypoxia, hypercarbia (PaO2 < 55 mmHg, PaCO2 > 65mmHg)
- •- changing operation procedure
