Undergoing head and neck surgery
Requiring an arterial line placement
Exclusion Criteria
Consent not given
Aortic stenosis
Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
Recent myocardial infarction
Supraventricular tachycardia with haemodynamic instability
Glaucoma
Retinopathy
