- •Patient groups:
- •-age 18 to 80
- •-cryptogenic or symptomatic epilepsy
- •-premorbid FSIQ > 70;Healthy controls
- •-age 18-80
- •-premorbid FSIQ > 70
排除标准
- •- mental retardation (FSIQ < 70 before participants were 18 years old)
- •- idiopathic epilepsy
- •- epilepsy-related brain surgery
- •- psychiatric disease at present state
- •- progressive neurological disorders
- •- neurodegenerative diseases and other diseases/causes that may underlie cognitive decline
- •- native language other than Dutch
- •- claustrophobia
- •- metal implants or other contraindications for MRI
- •- pregnancy
