(a) Children between the age group of 05 year
to 15 yrs
(b) ASA I and II
(a)Suspected difficult airway
(b)History of bronchial asthma, neuromuscular disease or hepatic and renal disease.
(c)Patient taking any medication known to influence the potency or duration of neuromuscular blocking agents.
(d)Hypercalcemia
(e)History of malignant hyperthermia, allergies to glycopyrrolate or neostigmine
(f)Severe and significant congenital heart disease
(g)Bleeding diathesis
(h)Parental refusal
(i)Weight < 10 kilogram
