Inclusion Criteria
Eligible subjects had to be over 65 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
We excluded participants with the use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, gastrointestinal medicine within the past 3 months; with regular intake of probiotics within the past 3 months; and participant who is allergic to soybean.
