- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grading I and II.
- •Posted electively for laparoscopic surgery
排除标准
- •Preexisting cardiorespiratory, kidney or neuromuscular disease.
- •Pre-existing lung pathology.
- •Obese (BMI > 30 kg/m2).
- •Contraindication to PEEP initiation like increased intracranial pressure or hypotension.
- •Refusal to participate in study.
