Inclusion Criteria

Female volunteers; Clinical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis; Present attestation that are suitable for the practice of aquatic activities; Age above 18 and with the disease in activity.

Exclusion Criteria

Lack of time to participate in the program, Physical incapacity to perform the physical exercise program, Heart disease or severe pulmonary disease; Resting systolic blood pressure above 180 mmHg, Dermatological problems, Urinary and / or fecal incontinence, Change medication or initiate another type of therapeutic intervention during the 12 weeks of the study and do not adapt to the aquatic environment.
