Inclusion Criteria
Elderly more than 60 years old; physically active; healthy; both genres
Exclusion Criteria
Elderly people with cognitive impairment (MMSE more than 20); who use nutritional supplements; who are illiterate; or who use medications that affect cognition cannot participate in the study
