Inclusion Criteria
The non-pathological third molars removed from healthy adult subjects (N=13) who seek treatment for impacted third molars at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University will be used. After the consents for this study are signed, the dental pulp tissue will then be isolated in sterile condition
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient whose third molars have pathology
2.Patient whose third molars are needed to odontectomy
