Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Clinical diagnosis of a first stroke, which was identified by brain imaging ≥ 6 months after onset of stroke
  • 2\.Unilateral weakness
  • 3\.Brunnstrom motor recovery stage : ≥ stage 3 in proximal \& distal upper extremity
  • 4\.Fugl\-Meyer UE : 13 †47 Points\*
  • 5\.Able to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Unstable vital sign or Neurologic conditions
  • 2\.Neuropsychologic impairment (TMSE \< 23\)
  • 3\.Wrist joint stiffness (PROM \< 40 degrees in Flex/extension)\*
  • 4\.Shoulder, elbow, wrist joint pain
  • 5\.Sitting on a chair \< 40 mins.
  • 6\.Previous non\-conventional therapy which effect of neuromuscular wrist
