18 Years to 85 Years (—)

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1.Clinical diagnosis of a first stroke, which was identified by brain imaging ≥ 6 months after onset of stroke
  • 2.Unilateral weakness
  • 3.Brunnstrom motor recovery stage : ≥ stage 3 in proximal & distal upper extremity
  • 4.Fugl-Meyer UE : 13 †47 Points*
  • 5.Able to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1.Unstable vital sign or Neurologic conditions
  • 2.Neuropsychologic impairment (TMSE < 23)
  • 3.Wrist joint stiffness (PROM < 40 degrees in Flex/extension)*
  • 4.Shoulder, elbow, wrist joint pain
  • 5.Sitting on a chair < 40 mins.
  • 6.Previous non-conventional therapy which effect of neuromuscular wrist
