Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Clinical diagnosis of a first stroke, which was identified by brain imaging ≥ 6 months after onset of stroke
- •2\.Unilateral weakness
- •3\.Brunnstrom motor recovery stage : ≥ stage 3 in proximal \& distal upper extremity
- •4\.Fugl\-Meyer UE : 13 †47 Points\*
- •5\.Able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Unstable vital sign or Neurologic conditions
- •2\.Neuropsychologic impairment (TMSE \< 23\)
- •3\.Wrist joint stiffness (PROM \< 40 degrees in Flex/extension)\*
- •4\.Shoulder, elbow, wrist joint pain
- •5\.Sitting on a chair \< 40 mins.
- •6\.Previous non\-conventional therapy which effect of neuromuscular wrist
