- 18 Years to 85 Years (—)
- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Clinical diagnosis of a first stroke, which was identified by brain imaging ≥ 6 months after onset of stroke
- •2.Unilateral weakness
- •3.Brunnstrom motor recovery stage : ≥ stage 3 in proximal & distal upper extremity
- •4.Fugl-Meyer UE : 13 †47 Points*
- •5.Able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Unstable vital sign or Neurologic conditions
- •2.Neuropsychologic impairment (TMSE < 23)
- •3.Wrist joint stiffness (PROM < 40 degrees in Flex/extension)*
- •4.Shoulder, elbow, wrist joint pain
- •5.Sitting on a chair < 40 mins.
- •6.Previous non-conventional therapy which effect of neuromuscular wrist
