Inclusion Criteria

- Clinically definite MS
- Age between 18-65 years
- Meet safety criteria to undergo MRI examination
- Sufficient motor skills (maximum EDSS-score of 5.0)
- Mild cognitive impairment

Exclusion Criteria

MS-patients will be excluded if they:
- Are younger than 18 years
- Have comorbid neurological (other than MS) or psychiatric diseases
- Have a history of alcohol or drugs abuse
- Have relapses for at least 4 weeks prior to examination
- Used corticosteroids 4 weeks before the first measurement
- Do not meet the criteria for an MRI-scan
