Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients with ARDS (with paO2/FiO2 <300) requiring invasive mechanical ventilation will be include in this study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with cardiac diseases (left heart failure, right heart failure, left sided obstructive valvular lesions) will be excluded from this study
