female patients with single port total laparoscopic hysterectomy
1. clinically significant coagulopathy
2. infection at the injection site
3. allergy to local anesthetics
4. severe cardiopulmonry disease(American Society of Anaesthesiology(ASA) more than 3 points)
5. body mass index > 35
6. diabetic or other neuropathies
7. patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy
8. More than 12 gestational weeks size by pelvic exam)
9. treated for gastrointestinal or gynecologic malignancy
10. There are malignancy evidence in imaging study.
11. Patients didn’t want PCA.
