1.Diabetes 2. CKD 3. immune deficiency status 4. taking immune modulator drugs 5. obesity with BMI over 35 or BW > 100 kg.6. cancer 7. pregnant 8. lactaing women 9. postpartum women 10. has been diagnosed of Covid-19 infection 11. taking prednisolone > 20 mg/day within 1 months
