The inclusion criteria were the patients with traumatic DRUJ instability who have received the treatment with TFCC repair surgery.
1. isolated traumatic DRUJ injury
2.combined DRUJ injury with associated fracture, which are distal end radius fracture and Galeazzi fracture
We excluded the patient with a history of fracture or DRUJ instability who received treatment by conservative method, those with multiple injuries, open fractures, previous hand, wrist and elbow abnormalities as well as those who declined or withdrew from participating in the project.
