ankle arthroscopy under general anaesthesia
age: 18-75 years
ASA I-II

Exclusion Criteria

-intravenous drug users and patients chronically using large amounts of analgesics.
-concomitant participation in other studies
-fysical or mental handicaps preventing regulare revalidation
-known allergy for bupivacaine
