Inclusion Criteria
All patients between 1 year to 12 years of age attending the pediatric gastroenterology OPD in JIPMER who are diagnosed to have Functional Constipation by Rome IV criteria with impaction [by encopresis, abdominal fecoliths â?? No digital rectal examination (DRE), abdominal radiography will be done for diagnosing impaction] who are planned for disimpaction
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Children who have received other drugs for constipation in the past 48 hours
(2) Known allergy to any of the drugs
