- •\- Age 50\-90
- •\- Functional mobility exists
- •\- Written consent for study participation
- •\- Age 18 \- 65
- •\- voluntary participation in the courses
- •\- Written consent for study participation
Exclusion Criteria
- •participants:
- •\- Strong cognitive limitations that would not allow independently and completing the questionnaire
- •\- Strong limitation of mobility
- •\- Serious physical or mental illness
- •\- Restricted mobility
