Inclusion Criteria
- •Elective surgeries of abdominal hysterectomy with/without bilateral Salpingoophorectomy under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. patient refusal.
- •2\. surgeries which get converted to general anaesthesia.
- •3\. Patients with known hypersensitivity to the study drug.
- •4\. patients with liver failure.
- •5\. patients taking anti fungals and proteas inhibitors.
- •6\. psychiatric illness.
