- •Elective surgeries of abdominal hysterectomy with/without bilateral Salpingoophorectomy under spinal anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1. patient refusal.
- •2. surgeries which get converted to general anaesthesia.
- •3. Patients with known hypersensitivity to the study drug.
- •4. patients with liver failure.
- •5. patients taking anti fungals and proteas inhibitors.
- •6. psychiatric illness.
