Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA physical status I \& II posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1Patientâ??s refusal.
- •2Pregnant and lactating patient.
- •3Patient with history of smoking, addiction to opioids, drug or alcohol abuse.
- •4Patient with history of chronic pain or daily intake of analgesic.
- •5Patient allergic to the drug under study
- •6Local infection at the site of application of transdermal patch
- •7Any major organ dysfunction
