Inclusion Criteria
- Patients with systolic heart failure and New York Heart Association (NYHA)
- Ischemic, hypertensive, or idiopathic etiology
- Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%
Exclusion Criteria
- Neuromuscular, Orthopedic, Neurologic and Pulmonary Diseases
- Renal failure
- Diabetes mellitus type II
