low level of physical activity ( <150 min./week; assessed via International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) - short form); mild depression (Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) > 4); at least 18 years old; enrolled as a college/university student; sufficient German language skills; signed informed consent; internet access

How high is intervention satisfaction (CSQ-8), adherence (number of completed modules) and acceptance (self-developed questionnaire)?
