age 18 - 65 years old
accept to participate in study
been healthy for the last 3 months
No use of any medication in the last 3 months
living in the study area for the last 10 years

Exclusion Criteria

pregnancy
smokers
amenorrea in wommen with out pregnancy or menopause
dislipidemia, diabete or metabolic sindrome
sistolic blood preasure >140 and/or diastollic blood preasure >100 mm Hg
score les than 50 in the health questionaire
