1.Aged 20 years or older
2.Patients with refractory overactive bladder
3.Has remaining symptoms(Frequency of the urinary urgency is once a week and OABSS total score >= 3) after anticholinergic or B stimulant drug treatment for 12 weeks or more
4.Written informed consent
1.Urinary tract infection
2.Urological malignant cancer
3.Neurogenic bladder
4.Catheterization
5.Lower urinary tract obstruction
6.Heart, liver, and renal dysfunction, or blood abnormalities
7.Primary aldosteronism
8.Myopathy
9.Hypokalemia
10.Allergy to hangeshashinto
11.Elderly, dementia, or hard to answer questions
12.Decision by the attending physician
