1. Healthy participants of full age, able to provide informed consent and capable to reliably rate pain
2. Body mass index: 18 - 30
1. acute of chronic somatic or psychiatric illness
2. MR-specific exclusion criteria
3. Participating in drug studies
4. regular drug use
5. intake of painkillers within 24 hours of study procedures
6. Use of illegal substances
7. pregnancy of breast feeding
8. acute skin disease or lesion on stimulation sites
9. acute nose disease or lesion
10. analgesic medication or capsaicin allergies
