Inclusion Criteria
Stay in the ward for at least three days
Children between the ages of 4 and 12
Having the full awareness and desire of the child and parents to cooperate
Mother's companionship during hospitalization
Having a score of 41 and more from the Sleep Disorders Questionnaire according to similar studies
The girl being the child studied according to the Ethics Committee
Exclusion Criteria
scars and any special skin effects on the body
Baby take hypnotic drugs
Children with mental retardation and autism

Name Time Method Quantity of sleeping children hospitalized. Timepoint: Measurement of sleep quantity in the intervention and control groups three days each day at 8am.
