As inclusion criteria, adolescents with the following characteristics will be accepted: a) present between 12 and 17 years of age; b) being overweight or obese within the cutoff ranges and c) being available to participate in theoretical-practical interventions 3x a week (on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) for 14 weeks, that is, 1 week of assessments, 12 weeks of interventions and 1 week of reassessments.
Exclusion criteria will be: a) use of glucocorticoids and/or psychotropic medications that can be used regularly; b) frequency of less than 75% in the different theoretical-practical activities that will be practiced; c) osteomyoarticular limitations that prevent the regular and systematic practice of physical exercises. at the time any teenager decides to participate in another nutritional guidance program or other physical exercise proposals, as well as decide to start a diet, low in calories, low in carbohydrates or low in fat, they will not be included in the statistical analyses.

Name Time Method It is belived that this study will prove the possible benefits of a multidisciplinary project to promote health in adolescents. Guiding health professionals with assertive conduct of multidisciplinary interventions improves the metabolic, anthropometric and dietary quality of cholesterol, total fat and saturated fat consumption. Thus, the primary outcome will be: anthropometric and body composition measurements and secondary outcome will be metabolic, and nutritional consumption.
