- •Neonates with diagnosed encephalopathy, or showing any of 3 symptoms\- altered mental status, recurrent seizures, abnormal neurological function
Exclusion Criteria
- •Neonates with severe congenital cardiac/ cerebral anomalies
- •Known chromosomal anomalies
