简要总结
This study is based on investigating the effect of traditional plyometric training and microdosing plyometric training in jump and sprint performance on collegiate athletes who involved in regular sports activities for more than 1 year at least 3 days/week.
Participants will be screened based on the mentioned incusion and exclusion criteria.Jump performance will be assessed using the jump performance application and sprint performance by timing gait. The mentioned outcome measures will be collected,analysed andthe interpretation of data will be documented, which will provide information about the performance profiling of the collegiate athletes.

- •Collegiate athletes engaged in regular sports activities for more than 1 year at least 3 days/week.
- •Willing to participate for the full study duration.
排除标准
- •Existing musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months Any cardiovascular conditions.
- •History of recent lower limb surgery in the past 6 months Any medical conditions contraindicating high-impact exercise.
