- •BMI less than or equal to 25
- •Those who are willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects already participate in yoga, gym activities and physical fitness training.
- •Any severe orthopeadic conditions like fracture.
- •Any comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes.
