Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 18\-75 years with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I\-III scheduled to undergo surgery of the elbow, forearm, wrist or hand under brachial plexus block (BPB).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal to participate
- •2\. Contraindication to peripheral nerve blocks
- •3\. Patients with pre\-existing neuropathy
- •4\. Prior surgery of the infraclavicular fossa
- •5\. Pregnancy and body mass index more than 30 kg/m2
