Inclusion Criteria

Patient having specific signs & symptoms of Karnasrava on Ayurvedic & Modern parameters will be selected.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Age below 10 yrs and above 70 yrs.

2.Pregnant women.

3.Systemic disease like uncontrolled DM, meningitis, Tuberculosis etc.

4.Tympanic membrane perforation & invasive temporal bone infections.
