入选标准
- •a) 40 patients:
- •- age 18 till 35 years
- •- ultra high risk criteria for development of psychosis, as defined by McGorry et al. (2002)
- •Healthy controls:
- •- Matched for age, sex, ethnicity and IQ
排除标准
- •- previous psychotic episode for more than one week
- •- previous use of antipsychotics, amphetamine or cocaine
- •- medical disorder affecting brain function e.g. epilepsy
- •- participation in investigations with radio-activity in the last year
- •- pregnancy
