Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a) 40 patients:
- •\- age 18 till 35 years
- •\- ultra high risk criteria for development of psychosis, as defined by McGorry et al. (2002\)
- •Healthy controls:
- •\- Matched for age, sex, ethnicity and IQ
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- previous psychotic episode for more than one week
- •\- previous use of antipsychotics, amphetamine or cocaine
- •\- medical disorder affecting brain function e.g. epilepsy
- •\- participation in investigations with radio\-activity in the last year
- •\- pregnancy
