Inclusion Criteria

  • •符合急性胰腺炎诊断标准 2 条以上者：（1）持续腹痛的典型临床症状；（2）血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶大于正常值上限的 3 倍；（3）腹部影像学特征。

Exclusion Criteria

  • •（1）妊娠期急性胰腺炎；（2）合并胰腺肿瘤、肝硬化或凝血系统疾病者；（3）实验室或影像资料不全者。
