Patients aged 18-65 years
have a hemodialysis program each week (three times a week and every 3-4 hours).
Having a primary caretaker at home
Having a previous kidney transplant
Age over 18 years of carers
Ability to speak, read and write in Persian
Carers are not members of the medical staff
The presence of any psychiatric disorders, a known nervous disorder in a person
The occurrence of any family stress incidence
The company participates in specific educational sessions related to the intervention program of the present study
Unwillingness to participate in the study
The absence of the main caregiver of the recipient even during a training session
The patient is the kidney transplant
Caring for a chronic illness other than hemodialysis in the family
