Inclusion Criteria

The criteria for this investigation are: age 60 years or older, at least 3 months after definitive diagnosis of the disease; The patient or one of his or her family member is able to read and write or speak Persian (a family member who lives with the patient) . This family member should have willingness to participate in the research (the main indicator of the survey is voluntary consent), allowing phone calls to patients after dischargeExclusion criteria included the patient's unwillingness to continue to cooperate in the study, the patients' illness (lack of consistency in physical condition)
