Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for unilateral elective breast cancer surgery.
- •\-Patients belonging to ASA grade I, II or III.
- •\-Patient between age group 25 to 65 years
- •\-Patient giving informed written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Haemostatic abnormalities or on anticoagulant therapy.
- •\-Patients who are allergic to any of study drugs.
- •\-Skin infection at the site of needle insertion
- •\-Chronic pain syndromes or receiving chronic analgesic therapy.
- •\-Neuromuscular disease and established peripheral
- •neuropathy.
- •\-Major cardio respiratory diseases and major hepatorenal disorders
- •\-Pregnancy
