Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients posted for unilateral elective breast cancer surgery.
  • •\-Patients belonging to ASA grade I, II or III.
  • •\-Patient between age group 25 to 65 years
  • •\-Patient giving informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Haemostatic abnormalities or on anticoagulant therapy.
  • •\-Patients who are allergic to any of study drugs.
  • •\-Skin infection at the site of needle insertion
  • •\-Chronic pain syndromes or receiving chronic analgesic therapy.
  • •\-Neuromuscular disease and established peripheral
  • •neuropathy.
  • •\-Major cardio respiratory diseases and major hepatorenal disorders
  • •\-Pregnancy
