Inclusion Criteria
Patients consent
Patients aged between 30-60 years of both the sexes.
Patients with ASA Grade 1 2 & 3.
Patients undergoing elective knee arthroscopy surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients refusal.
Patients with ASA Grade 4 or higher.
Patients with known congenital spine or limb deformity.
Patients on Psychotropic drugs or history of drug allergies
