ASA Grade I & II

Age 18-60yrs

No history of bleeding tendency

BMI 20-29.9kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

1)ASA Physical status >2(2)Age < 18 years or >60 years (3)Patientâ??s refusal (3)Patient allergic to the drugs used in the study (4)Pre-existing neuromuscular disorder or spinal deformities

(5)Coagulation defect or history of anticoagulant therapy(6)Local site infection (7)Severe hypovolemia(8)Raised ICT (Intra Cranial Tension). BMI <20 or >30
