1.Duration of infertility at least one year
2.Primary or secondary infertility
3.Normal semen analysis based on World Health Organization criteia10
4. Age of female partner between 20-35 years
5.Female partnerâ??s body mass index: 18-27
6.No ovulatory dysfunction in female partner
7.Day two transvaginal scan within normal range (total antral follicle count of 10â??24)
8.Day two hormonal profile within normal range (follicular stimulating hormone <10 IU/ml, and serum prolactin <=20 ng/ml)
9.Normal thyroid function
10.Atleast one patent tube on hysterosalpingography or hysterolaparoscopy.
11.Normal uterine cavity on hysterosalpingography or hysteroscopy;
1.More than three previous IUI attempts
2.Chronic medical illness
3.History of Breast or gynecological malignancy
