Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Duration of infertility at least one year
- •2.Primary or secondary infertility
- •3.Normal semen analysis based on World Health Organization criteia10
- •4. Age of female partner between 20-35 years
- •5.Female partnerâ??s body mass index: 18-27
- •6.No ovulatory dysfunction in female partner
- •7.Day two transvaginal scan within normal range (total antral follicle count of 10â??24)
- •8.Day two hormonal profile within normal range (follicular stimulating hormone <10 IU/ml, and serum prolactin <=20 ng/ml)
- •9.Normal thyroid function
- •10.Atleast one patent tube on hysterosalpingography or hysterolaparoscopy.
- •11.Normal uterine cavity on hysterosalpingography or hysteroscopy;
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.More than three previous IUI attempts
- •2.Chronic medical illness
- •3.History of Breast or gynecological malignancy
