Inclusion Criteria

1Patients who will be having first-ever Ischemic stroke within 72 hours diagnosed by Neurologist with help of CT/MRI report.

2Patients who will be having hyperhomocysteinemi at baseline.

3Patients who willbe having normal renal function.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patients who will be suffering from disease Migraine, Alzheimer dementia, Parkinsonââ?¬•s disease are excluded from the study.

2Patients with recurrent Ischemic stroke and having significant disabilities are excluded from the study.

3Patients who having history of vitamin B6, B12, Folic acid supplementations, sex hormonal preparations like androgens intake and treated for depression, dementia, 6 months prior to attack of Ischemic stroke are excluded from the study.

4Patients who having hypothyroidism, psoriasis, malignancies, rheumatoid disease are excluded from study.

5Patients who were on treatment with drugs like methotaxate, cyclosporine, theophylline, anticonvulsants like phenytoin, carbamazepine, lipid lowering like cholestyramine, nicotinic acid derivatives (e.g. fenofibrate).
