Inclusion Criteria
Karnofsky performance status more 70 to 100 percents
Age more than 18 years old
Hemoglobin more than 8 g/dl
Hematocrit more than 30 %
SGOT less than 3 upper normal limit
Bilirubin less than 2 mg/dl
Creatinine level less than 2 mg/dl
Creatinine clearance more than 60 ml/min
Normal thyroid function tests
Exclusion Criteria
chronic background disease that may cause fatigue

Name Time Method Fatigue. Timepoint: Start of radiation-3 times during radiation-1 month after radiation. Method of measurement: Fatigue Severity Scale (Standard Questionnaire) AND Visual Analogue Scale (choosing fatigue severity from 0 to 10).
