- •Class 5 or a combination class of lupus nephritis patients.

- •Patients with:
- •A) Active / recent infection in the last two weeks
- •B) Active Malignancy or blood dyscrasias
- •C) Prior use of immunosuppression before
- •renal biopsy ,
- •D) Failure to consent for study
